Peddlers shall be allowed to sell their own home grown produce within the town by purchasing a seasonal business license for six months for $50 or for one year for $100. In order to be allowed to sell on private property, the peddler is required to show written permission from the private property owner on a form provided to the peddler by the town when the business license is obtained.
