§ 118.03 PEDDLERS PROHIBITED.
Peddlers are prohibited from selling their goods in the public streets or sidewalks without the expressed permission from the town. This does not restrict their rights to travel on the street for purposes of making deliveries. Peddlers are restricted to sell their wares at the depot pursuant to this section or on private property. In order to be allowed to sell on private property, the peddler is required to show written permission from the private property owner on a form provided to the peddler by the town when the business license is obtained.
