§ 118.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PEDDLER. A person who sells his/her wares door to door, from his/her vehicle, or from a makeshift stand inside the town limits. The nature of the person's business within the town is temporary in nature.
