§ 30.25 ORDER OF PROCEEDINGS.
   The order of proceedings of Council meetings may be substantially as follows:
   (A)   Calling the roll.
   (B)   Approval of the minutes.
   (C)   Petitions and communications.
   (D)   Reports of committees.
   (E)   Old business.
   (F)   New business.
   (G)   Adjournment.
