§ 116.03 POLICE REGULATIONS; EMERGENCY LIGHTS.
   (A)   No wrecker shall be driven or operated in a manner as to interfere with the duties of the police investigating accidents. Directions of police officers shall be obeyed at all times; and any licensed wrecker will promptly furnish service when requested to do so by the police in order to clear traffic and promote public safety; all motor vehicle regulations shall be observed. No soliciting of the business of towing or supplying wrecker service shall be made at or near the scene of an accident.
   (B)   Wrecker companies shall not operate any emergency lights except at the scene of an accident while hooking up to the vehicle to be towed or while actually towing a vehicle. Emergency lights shall not be operated while en route to any accident scene or other service call.
