Matters to be considered by Council at a regular meeting shall be placed on a written agenda and publicly posted by the Town Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. Matters not on the agenda may be considered upon request of a member unless at least two members object. Agendas, etc. shall be delivered to Council by 5:00 p.m. on Friday prior to the meeting.
