(A) Every wrecker service conducting business in the town shall pay a license fee as outlined in the Business License Ordinance of the town.
(B) If the conditions of this chapter are met, license fees paid, and if the towing vehicle(s) approved by the Chief of Police or his designed representative, a business license shall be issued to operate the towing vehicle on the streets of the town during the fiscal year, subject to compliance with the terms of this chapter. The town business license or a copy of the town business license shall be kept within the vehicle at all times.
