For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
MOTOR VEHICLE.
Every vehicle which is self propelled, upon or by which a person or property is or may be transported or drawn upon any road, highway, right-of-way or public or private property.
OPERATOR.
The person driving the wrecker (tow truck) or any person assisting with the operation of the wrecker.
OWNER.
Any person owning or having any financial interest in a wrecker business licensed by the town.
