§ 115.03 NUMBER OF TAXICABS ALLOWED.

Council shall, by resolution, determine the number of taxicabs or other vehicles for the transportation of passengers that may be licensed for operation in the town, the number to be determined based on the need therefor, and as Council shall deem necessary to serve the public and no licenses shall be issued in excess of the number so fixed.
