§ 114.01 JUNK YARDS PROHIBITED.
   No junk yard, whether for automobiles, machinery or other junk equipment shall be operated and no license shall be issued for such a business; provided, this section shall not apply to junk dealers who maintain their business in a completely enclosed building or which is fenced from the view of the general public.
