§ 113.02 RUMMAGE SALES.

(A) Definition. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

RUMMAGE SALE. A sale of household or personal effects or homemade foodstuffs for charitable purposes.

(B) License Fee. No fee is required for rummage sales.
