§ 30.07 COUNCILMEMBERS NOT TO HOLD OTHER OFFICE OR POSITION.
   No member of Town Council shall serve as a regular or volunteer member of the Town Fire Department, or hold any other town office or town employment. Volunteer members of the Town Fire Department shall be subject to the authority of the Town Manager in the same manner as regular employees.
