§ 94.02 MAINTENANCE OF NEW STREETS.
   When any application is made to the Council to assume the maintenance of any proposed new street, the following requirements shall be met:
   (A)   The required right-of-way shall be furnished.
   (B)   Plans and profiles for the proposed street shall be submitted to the Council for review and approval.
   (C)   When plans and profiles are approved by the Council, the applicant shall cause the street to be constructed to line and grade, the necessary drainage structures installed and adequate inlet and outlet ditches constructed in a manner approved by Council. The approved construction plans shall be submitted to the Council at the time the request is made to accept the street for maintenance.
