(A) It shall be unlawful to burn any trash or to have a bonfire within the corporate limits, without first obtaining a permit from the Fire Chief and permission from the property owner.
(B) Burning shall only be permitted between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time, Monday through Saturday.
(1) Burning permits will not be issued on Sunday.
(2) Large commercial burning shall be prohibited.
(3) Burning will be immediately stopped upon the receipt of complaints.
