§ 91.15 ENFORCEMENT BY POLICE; FAILURE TO OBEY LAWFUL ORDERS.
   (A)   Police officers shall enforce the provisions of this chapter. Immediately upon their arrival at the scene of a fire, and subject to availability of personnel, they shall station one police officer at each end of the block wherein the fire occurs. They may require motor vehicles or other vehicles parked within said block to be moved immediately.

   (B)   Failure to obey any lawful order of any official of the Fire or Police Department at the scene of any emergency shall constitute a violation of this chapter.
