§ 90.41 IMPOUNDMENT FEES.
   The Animal Warden or his duly authorized representative is hereby empowered to establish the following penalties and fees:
   (A)   Impoundment penalty for a licensed or unlicensed dog shall be $10.
   (B)   A daily board fee of $5 shall be charged for every day or fraction thereof that an animal shall be confined to the shelter.
   (C)   A fee in the amount charged by the veterinarian may be charged to the owner for distemper, hepatitis, and leptospirosis shots administered to dogs impounded if in the opinion of the veterinarian such medication is required.
   (D)   A fee of $10 will be charged for animal pick-up service requested by the owner of the animal.
   (E)   A fee of $10 will be charged for euthanasia service requested by the owner of the animal. If the owner of the animal requests the veterinarian to dispose of the body the veterinarian may charge an additional fee.
   (F)   Any dog to be redeemed by or released to an owner shall be required to meet the vaccination and/or licensing requirements of this section prior to resuming full possession, and all applicable fees shall be paid in full.
