§ 90.35 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   It is the purpose and intent of this section to provide for the following:
   (A)   Regulating the keeping of dogs;
   (B)   Prohibiting the running at-large of unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs;
   (C)   The impounding and destruction of unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs found running at-large;
   (D)   The quarantining of dogs in heat and/or suspected of rabies;
   (E)   Rabies vaccination; and
   (F)   Such other rules and regulation necessary for the control of unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs running at-large and to promote public health and public welfare in the community.
