§ 71.38 SPECIAL LIMITS FOR TRUCKS, SOLID OR CUSHION TIRES.

(A) Where no special hazards exist, motor trucks and motor truck tractors of a size greater than 1 tons shall obey signs posted giving notice of special conditions.

(B) No person shall drive any vehicle equipped with solid rubber or cushion tires at a speed greater than a maximum of ten miles per hour.
