§ 71.23 DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OR UNDER INFLUENCE OF DRUGS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person under the influence of intoxicating liquors, narcotic drugs, barbiturates, paraldehydes or drugs, herbs or any substance of like character, whether synthetic or natural, to drive any vehicle within the corporate limits.
   (B)   The penalty for violating this section shall be as prescribed by state law.
