(B) Waste may not exceed the maximum pollutant concentrations specified in permits issued to customers.
(C) Non-profit organizations shall be charged the same rates as residential customers upon application with the Water Department. All non-profit organizations shall show proof of non-profit status (as certified by the Federal Government) and have current documents on file with the town to be eligible for the residential rate.
