(A) Monthly water rates are established hereby as follows. The following monthly charges shall be billed each such customer:

(B) Non-profit organizations shall be charged the same rates as residential customers upon application with the Water Department. All non-profit organizations must show proof of non-profit status (as certified by the Federal Government) and have current documents on file with the town to be eligible for the residential rate.
