§ 51.40 ESTABLISHMENT OF RATES.

(A) The town shall furnish water to persons for reasonable compensation and charge a reasonable charge for maintenance of a sewerage system. Such charges shall be fixed from time to time by the Town Council.

(B) The Council shall establish a schedule of charges and rates for services rendered by the water and sewerage systems. Said schedule shall be reviewed periodically to insure that it is equitable and fair.
