§ 51.20 VIOLATIONS.
   The following enumerated acts in this subchapter shall be unlawful, but they shall not be considered all-inclusive. A violation hereof by any person or persons, who engage in such acts without appropriate permission, authority or appropriate supervision as herein specified, shall be considered a misdemeanor.
