§ 51.11 PRIVATE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge solid or liquid waste into the sanitary sewer system unless the standards of acceptable waste established by ordinance are met and the discharge is made through an approved connection. No material shall be discharged into the public sewer system through a manhole without a permit from the town. Such a permit shall be issued only in an emergency involving the public health and safety.
   (B)   Hauled waste shall be deposited at an approved location at the wastewater plant. Before discharging at the treatment plant, the hauler will have purchased the proper discharge permit and provided the treatment plant with a chain of custody sheet for the load to be discharged. Discharge can only be done during normal working hours, Monday through Friday.
   (C)   Hauled waste from outside Williamsburg County will be accepted on a case by case basis. An approved letter is required from the town.
   (D)   No grease trap waste will be accepted; no private utility waste will be accepted. No waste with a high concentration of plastic, rags, paper, candy wrappers, or other objects which can cause flow problems, equipment problems, handling problems, or treating problems will be accepted.
   (E)   The town has the right to test for any substance that is felt could harm the treatment facility. Such loads will not be discharged until test results are in.
   (F)   Other conditions as deemed appropriate to protect and ensure compliance with all town codes and NPDES Permit limits.
   (G)   The following fees shall be paid for the discharge of each load:

   (H)   Any cost incurred for testing under division (E) or cost to repair any damage to structures or equipment at the discharged site caused during the discharge of a load will be the responsibility of the hauling company.
