The wastewater collection and treatment ordinance, No. 97-4, passed 4- -97, is hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this code the same as if set forth in full herein. The provisions of Ordinance No. 97-4 are not rescinded by this code. The provisions thereof shall continue in full force and effect, until such time as amended by Council.
