§ 50.38 PERSONS NOT UTILIZING WATER AND SEWER SERVICE.

Any person not utilizing water and sewer services furnished by the town, but who utilizes its garbage pickup services, shall be responsible for payment of the garbage fee in like manner as if they were receiving water and sewer services.
