§ 35.16 DRAWING JURY LIST.
   In all cases arising where a jury is demanded, the Judge shall then appoint a person who is not connected with the trial who shall draw 30 names from the jury box, Compartment A, and deliver a list of the names to both the attorney for the municipality and the attorney for the defendant.
