§ 52.04 LINE EXTENSION FOR PROPOSED SUBDIVISIONS AND COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL ESTABLISHMENTS.
   Natural gas line extensions to proposed residential subdivisions, and commercial and industrial establishments may be approved by the City Council; provided that, the cost/benefit ratio is deemed favorable to the city. In considering proposed commercial and industrial establishments, the City Council may consider the economic impact of an establishment upon the city in its cost/benefit analysis.
