§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person in violation of § 130.04(B) shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined $200 or imprisoned, as punishment may be imposed for a Class 3 misdemeanor or both.
