§ 117.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADMINISTRATOR. The person(s) designated by the Manager to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by this chapter.
   APPLICANT’S LICENSE. The applicant’s license shall include the signature of the Administrator, the name, address and driver’s license number of the applicant and the registration number of the vehicle to be operated.
   SANITARY REQUIREMENTS. Certification by Cleveland County Health Department must be obtained by the owner and/or manager. Certification that the vehicle meets Health Department requirements must be presented to the Administrator before an operator’s license will be issued.
   WRAPPING AND PACKAGING OF ICE CREAM PRODUCTS. Ice cream products must be prepackaged.
