§ 116.052 AUTHORITY TO SUSPEND; THIRD SUSPENSION, REVOCATION MANDATORY.
   (A)   The City Council or designee shall have the authority to suspend any driver’s permit issued under this subchapter for any of the grounds specified in § 116.053, for the permit holder’s violation of any section of this chapter, or if the holder of the driver’s permit is found by the City Council to have violated any federal, state or local law pertaining to the public welfare or morals or to have been convicted of or pleaded guilty or no contest to any law.
   (B)   The suspension shall not exceed two years.
   (C)   A third suspension of a driver’s permit shall result in the mandatory revocation of the driver’s permit.
