§ 115.22 INSPECTION OF BOOKS AND RECORDS.

Upon request by the City Manager, the holder of a permit required by § 115.26 for a charitable solicitation shall make available for inspection by the City Manager, or any person designated in writing by the City Manager, all of the permit holder’s books, records and papers, at any reasonable time while the permit is in effect or after it has expired.
