For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BEEKEEPER. A person who keeps bees for the purpose of honey.
FARMER. A person who grows or raises his or her own fruits and/or vegetables and which may or may not prepare jellies, jams and/or other products from these fruits and vegetables.
NURSERYMAN. A person who grows plants, shrubs, trees and flowers.
VENDOR. A person who hawks, peddles, sells or offers prepared food, flesh flowers, fresh fruit, vegetables or other goods which they have purchased for resale or crafted for sale.
