§ 112.02 SOUND VEHICLES; PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise any goods, wares or merchandise of any kind by the use of any amplifying equipment used by or mounted on any vehicle, boat or aircraft without first having obtained a permit therefor from the city.
