(A) Reports and records. All pawnbrokers doing business in the city shall furnish each day, to the Police Department, a full and complete list of every article taken in pawn by them, or bought by them, giving a full description of the same, including the maker, marks, number, brand, monogram and letters of every kind on the article so pawned or bought, and shall keep a daily record showing from whom all the articles are received and to whom sold.

(B) Arrangement of stock. Every pawnbroker in the city shall have the person’s goods arranged in stock so as to enable any police officer to readily inspect the same.

(C) Forfeiture of license. Every pawnbroker persistently neglecting, failing or refusing to comply with divisions (A) and (B) above shall forfeit the person’s license to do business in the city, in addition to any penalty imposed upon conviction for any violation of the sections.
