§ 110.30 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
   (A)   An Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is hereby established, the Chairperson and members to be appointed by the governing body, in accordance with the policy for City Council appointments to authorities, boards, commissions and committees (appointments policy) .
   (B)   Each regular member and the Chairperson shall be paid an annual salary as shall be determined from time to time as necessary by the City Council. The salaries shall be paid out of alcohol beverage control funds.
   (C)   The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine, and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the corporate limits of the City of Kings Mountain beginning at 10:00 a.m. pursuant to the licensed premises' permit under G.S. § 18B-1001.
