§ 98.35 AUTHORITY TO DESIGNATE.
   In accordance with the State Fire Code (Fire Code), as amended from time to time, fire lanes are required within the city as set forth within this subchapter. The Fire Marshal of the city, under the direction and supervision of the Fire Chief, shall be the responsible party and shall have authority to designate fire lanes necessary for fire apparatus accessibility within the city.
