No person other than a bona fide member of the Fire Department shall ride on a fire truck either to or from any fire; in any way interfere with the firefighters in their duties; or take hold of or handle any fire hose, except when the person may have been called on or deputized to aid at a fire by the Chief of the Fire Department or an acting Chief.
