§ 98.04 USE OF METHODS TO EXTINGUISH FIRES.
   Any member of the Fire Department, or any person acting under the orders of the Chief, shall have the right to go upon the premises of any person and to enter any building or room and insert a fire hose and turn on the water or to do any other act which may be necessary to extinguish or control any fire on or in the premises, whenever, in the judgment of the Chief, it shall be necessary.
