§ 96.057 RESTRICTIONS ON DISCHARGE OF DUST.
   No person who operates or is responsible for the operation of any fuel burning equipment shall cause, suffer or allow to be discharged therefrom or to pass any convenient measuring point in the stack thereof, dust in the gases to exceed eighty-five hundredths of a pound per 1,000 pounds of gases, adjusted to 12% CO2 content. The amount of solids in the gases, shall be determined according to the test code for dust-separating apparatus of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, revised and amended to date, which hereby is made a part of this chapter by reference.
