§ 96.054 STANDARD FOR GRADING SHADE OR DENSITY OF SMOKE.

For the purpose of grading the shade or density of smoke, the Ringelmann chart as now published and used by the U.S. Bureau of Mines, which is hereby made a part of the article by reference, shall be the standard.
