For the purpose of this subchapter, any COLLECTION OF WATER shall be held to mean water contained in any ditch, pool, pond, (natural or artificial), excavation, hole, depression, open cesspool, privy vault, fountain, cistern, tank, shallow well, barrel, trough (except horse troughs in frequent use), urn, can, box, bottle, tub, bucket, defective house roof gutter, tank or flush closet or other similar container.
