(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to create a nuisance on the person’s lot or a lot occupied by the person, or to allow a nuisance to remain on the person’s lot or a lot occupied by the person.
(B) Anything that causes an offensive odor or that causes injury or damage to the health or life of any other person or anything that interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of one’s property is hereby declared to be a nuisance.
