§ 94.05 REMOVAL FROM OFFICE; VACANCIES.

(A) The governing body shall have the power to remove any member of the Library Board of Trustees for incapacity, unfitness, misconduct or for neglect of duty.

(B) All vacancies on the Library Board of Trustees shall be immediately reported by the Trustees to the governing body, which shall fill the vacancies by appointment for the unexpired term.
