§ 50.16  ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The provisions of this chapter shall also be enforceable through the bringing of appropriate action for injunction, mandamus, or otherwise, in any court having jurisdiction.
   (B)   Any violation of this chapter is deemed to be a nuisance per se.
