(A) It shall be unlawful to construct or repair any curb or pavement on any public street, highway, alley, sidewalk, or other public way without having first secured a permit from the village.
(B) The repair or replacement of existing streets, or extension of streets, or construction of new streets (for example, within a new plat) by a private party (but not the village) shall conform with all applicable County Road Commission standards.
