(A) (1) All applicants for connection to the village water system shall submit plans and specifications of all plumbing construction within the building or premises.
(2) The plans and specifications shall meet the requirements of:
(a) The Plumbing Code of the State of Michigan;
(b) All orders, rules, and regulations of the Department of Public Health; and
(c) All provisions of this code.
(B) The approval of connection shall also be contingent upon the availability of the capacity in the village water system.
(C) When the plans and specifications have been approved by the village or by the officials as it may designate, a water permit (in combination with a sewer permit, if applicable) shall be issued, subject to final inspection and approval when construction is completed.
(D) Final approval will be subject to compliance with the Plumbing Code of the State of Michigan, and all orders, rules, and regulations of local and state regulatory agencies.
