§ 152.195  INTENT.
   (A)   Michigan statutes provide for developments consisting of 1-family, detached residential dwelling units and sites through procedures other than those authorized by the Land Division Act, Public Act 288 of 1967, being M.C.L.A. §§ 560.101 to 560.293.
   (B)   The intent of §§ 152.195et seq. is to provide procedures and regulations for residential subdivisions implemented under the provisions of the Condominium Act, Public Act 59 of 1978, being M.C.L.A. §§ 559.101 to 559.272, as amended, and to ensure that the developments are consistent and compatible with conventional 1-family platted subdivisions and promote the orderly development of the adjacent areas.
   (C)   It is not intended that commercial or industrial condominium projects will be reviewed or approved under this section of the Village of Kingsley Zoning Ordinance.
