§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 93.10 is a municipal civil infraction, subject to a maximum fine of $500 and court costs.  Commencing 30 days after receiving notice of a violation, if not abated, each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.

   (C)   (1)   Any violation of § 93.11 is a municipal civil infraction, subject to a maximum fine of $500 plus court costs.
      (2)   Any person who refuses to abate a noise disturbance upon the demand of an authorized local enforcement officer, interferes with the officer's enforcement of this section, or retaliates against another who had made complaint of a noise disturbance is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by maximum 90 days in jail and a fine of $500 plus court costs.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 93.12 is responsible for a municipal civil infraction.  Each day that a violation exists or continues shall constitute a separate and additional violation.
