§ 93.01  GENERALLY.
   (A)   Whatever annoys, injures, or endangers the safety, health, comfort, and convenience of the public; offends public decency; interferes with or obstructs any public place, street, highway, stream, or public utility in the village; or in any way renders the public insecure in life or property, is hereby declared to be a public nuisance.
   (B)   Public nuisances shall include, but not be limited to, whatever is forbidden by any provision of this chapter.
   (C)   No person shall commit, create, or maintain any public nuisance.
   (D)   (1)   The Village President may enforce the provisions of this chapter by any method, or combination of methods, permitted by law.
      (2)   The village’s cost of abating any nuisance shall be collected from the owner or occupant of the property on which the nuisance was committed, created, or maintained, in a civil action, and in addition, or in the alternative, from the person responsible for maintaining the nuisance.
